An HLS Stream Is a Playlist of Media Segments, Not One Audio File
HLS usually describes media through a manifest that references many small segments.
Use the playlist URL that describes the stream.
The source can be split across many sequential media chunks.
The result is prepared as OPUS rather than a folder of HLS segments.
The workflow avoids downloading and combining segments by hand.
Downloading those pieces manually does not give you a convenient OPUS file. This page is built to start from the HLS manifest, process the supported stream and prepare one OPUS audio result.
